“May the wind under your wings bear you where the sun sails and the moon walks.”
― J.R.R. Tolkien, The Hobbit, or There and Back Again
I am going on a new adventure. Or at least that’s the plan. I’m kind of working on a new secret project and I think I am going to reveal it soon. It’s something that I sort of did before, but not in this way. Yes, it is another creative project and I am working hard on preparing everything for it. The only problem is that I’m struggling with the name. I want it to be original, but the more I think, the more stupid ideas only appear.
Also, I want to re-design everything and everywhere. I am slowly working on getting what I want. This week I managed to change the design of my English book blog and I think I am finally content with the result. Or at least I think so this week. Furthermore, let’s make this blog better as well.
Weekly occurrences
The ONF’s European tour is cancelled officially. To be honest I thought this may happen, especially as I don’t see how it would happen with all those restrictions. I’m a bit sad about it though and I have high hopes that in post Covid era, we will be able to attend live concerts again.
This week I also did two hopefully progressive things. I applied for a passport, so I can go visit other countries outside the EU. The other thing is that I signed new contract with my phone network provider and I now have free access to HBO Go again, and this time also to Bookmate. I have never used this platform before and will see if I’m gonna like it or not.
A Report of One’s Entertainment
What falls under such an idiotic title, huh? That’s right – music, movies, books etc. Le’ me tell ya!~
So I am currently watching and translating “Run On”. This is a popular Korean drama about a runner and a movie translator. It’s super interesting and hard to translate. It takes my full power for some reason. Or probably I just don’t really feel like doing anything. However, I am planning to start watching the second season of “Discovery of Witches”. I hope it will be as good as the first season. Hello, dear Gallowglass.
As always I’m listening to a bunch of music. Lately I’m mostly revisiting old favorite albums, but I managed to actually listen to the whole new SHINee’s album. “Antlantis” definitely deserves your attention. I cannot recommend it enough.
On the bookish front there’s light in the end of the tunnel. I managed to read whole 2 books! Hooray! Can you believe it? Yeah, me neither. So far this week I managed to read “Witch Wars” by Sibéal Pounder and “The Dogs I Have Kissed” by Trista Mateer. I also did a miracle – wrote a review of “Please Don’t Go Before I Get Better” by Madisen Kuhn.
Have you ever had a song that stuck into your mind not for days or weeks? Not even months… but more than a year? Yeah, this is “Versa” for me. Ravi made a masterpiece for sure.
“You’re my VERSA, where are we?
I think I’m falling in love VERSA”

The best places to go stargazing in the UK – if I was to follow the list, my first choice would be Dumfries and Galloway.
