It’s been a whole year since dad is gone. One full year, but it still hurts like it was yesterday. I can recall the moments when I was expecting you to open the door and say that the coffee is ready and I should wake up for work. Just one year, but so many things have changed.
Today it would’ve been your 71st birthday. But no longer…
What I see on Internet the most these last 2 years, especially now – hate and cancel culture all over the world. Other opinion is no longer valid. Everything is black or white and I’m not talking about skin color. Thinking is overrated. Understanding no longer exist. We are at constant war with each other, with no option for peace.
Are we going to get away with this?
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
